On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure and honor to welcome you to the worldOutgames, and in particular the LGBT Human Rights Conference, “From Safe Harbours to Equality”. The conference will be a first-class meeting for a distinguished international faculty of experts in all related disciplines to address and discuss the most recent problems and issues regarding the specific LGBT-community.

“From Safe Harbours to Equality” conference will be an outstanding opportunity to up-date the relevant knowledge and to define guidelines for international policy makers. It will be a platform for discussing and debating many unresolved issues with leading world experts.

High-profile keynote speakers from all over the world will stimulate an inspiring dialogue to develop new concepts.
