There will be three one-day tournaments: on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursday and Friday we will organize a matchpoint scoring and an IMP (butler) scoring tournament. On Saturday we will have a tournament with local bridge players from Antwerp.
As each tournament is held on one day, participants can register for one, two or three tournaments.
You are asked to classify yourself as either:
- a beginner
- a normal club player
- a strong club player
- a national/international player (‘Club’ does not refer to the club suit, but to the fact that you are playing regularly).
The field will be divided in an A section (for the two strongest categories) and a B section (for the lower categories).

For each tournament there will be bronze, silver and gold medals in both sections.
Contract bridge, usually known simply as bridge, is a game of skill and tactics for men and women of all ages. A trick-taking card game of skill and chance (the relative proportions depending on the variant played). It is played by four players who form two partnerships; the partners sit opposite each other at a table. The game consists of the auction (often called bidding) and play, after which the hand is scored.
The tournament guarantees suspense and fun, offering players plenty of opportunities to enjoy many social activities during the week.
