Types of tournament

We offer a challenging competition for men and women in 3 main-levels, each dived in 2 sub-levels:
A+, A, B+, B, C+ and C.

There will be a preliminary round to determine a ranking in each main-level followed by a pool system in each sub-level after which cross-finals will determine the final ranking.

Categories and divisions

The men’s competition is divided into six levels:
Men’s A+, Men's A, Men’s B+, Men’s B, Men’s C+ and Men's C.

The women’s competition is divided into six levels:
Women’s A+, Women's A, Women’s B+, Women’s B, Women’s C+ and Women's C.

Timespan: 4 days. Tuesday to Friday, 6 to 9 August

What is volleyball?

Every team has six players on the field, which is divided by a net more than 2 metres high. Technique is particularly crucial in volleyball in order to get the ball over the net in such a way that the opposing team is unable to return it and it touches the ground. The set positions and the rotation of players to the individual positions make the game principle unique.

The tournament registration will be open to teams and individual participants, so if you are not already on a team we will find one for you.
Are you ready for real team spirit? Because that is what you need besides technique and stamina to excel at volleybal here in Antwerp.
